Was very sad to hear about Dr. Wettsteins departure, he was absolutely amazing, have not met the new endocrinologist yet. Ashley is still there, who is their NP and she's great. There's only one issue and it is the new medical assistant Holly, she is very rude and passive aggressive. Every conversation I have had whether it is in person or on the phone was a bad experience. She is not kind or compassionate at all. Was very upset on how I was treated today.
Dr. Wettstein is a great doctor who got me on the right path after my old medical team severely failed me and induced serious medical PTSD. Dr. Wettstein is the only doctor I feel ill ever trust again and im very grateful for his services he did for my health. With him leaving this office I am very sad and nervous but hopeful that the new Endocrinologist will fill his very big shoes.
Everyone is very helpful and genuinely concerned about me. When I have an appointment set I never have to worry if the doctor is going to dismiss my concerns, rush me through my time in the office or make me feel like they need to hurry and move on. I actually like going in to see .y doctor!
