Was told that I needed deep cleanings every 3 months and $4500 worth of dental work. They supposedly measured my teeth and the pockets were 4’s and 5’s. Since I brush and floss 3 times a day, I went to another dentist for a 2nd opinion 4 days later. My pockets were 1’s, 2’s and a few 3’s. No deep cleaning needed. I may need a crown in the future, but not $4500 worth of work. Be very wary.
RecommendedI had the privilege of being able to job shadow at Grand Valley Dentistry for my dental assisting class. Everyone there was so warm and welcoming to me. I could tell that they made the patients feel warm, welcome, and comfortable as well. They went above and beyond for everyone. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Made me calm and comfortable the entire time.
They say that they put patients first... that is false. We had a cleaning done that was billed out as a periodontal maintenance. When I call 2x to talk to someone about it they said they would get back to me. They never did. So I called again and talked to a very rude “manager”. I explained everything and she pretty much said said tough. I told her my insurance covers regular appointments and she said she would not change what has been billed. Good people!! Great staff and they work with you
I recently had a root canal and crown done. This after I broke a piece of my tooth off eating a piece of licorice. My entire family go here and would definitely recommend them. Personally I experienced little to no pain. Zero pain after the work was done. The people there are very friendly and keeping you comfortable is their number one goal. I’m not a big fan of the dentist but I’m a huge fan of Grand Valley Dentistry. I’ve been bringing in my 86 year old mother for some extensive dental work. They are lovely folks who know their business. My mom actually likes her visits (nitrous helps 😉) Dr.Lee and Shauna (and the entire staff) do a fantastic job with her. They’ve won us over! If you need a dentist.... truly, don’t look further!
They are an amazing group of people that truly love their jobs and the people they care for. They made us feel at home, got my six year old a blanket, fun mermaid glasses, and they always surprise her with little prizes to keep her in a happy. I bring all four of my kids to see doctor lance and dr lee and they are just amazing we love our dentist office.
Called and emailed twice with zero response! Not impressed and definitely do not recommend 🙄
