roach motel - and I am not kidding Unless you love living in a building with extremely dirty, rude people and a massive amount of cockroaches, do NOT move here. I had to throw out all of my new furniture when I moved..the owners/managers will NOT take actions to rid the building of the roaches...they tell you the roaches live in the walls and there is nothing that can be done to fix the problem and tell you if you don't like it, 't buy your own traps.
