Just like everyone else says their billing system is trash. VA coverage I still get a bill. Work comp coverage, I still get a bill. They are trying to double and triple dip payments.

Zero stars. I had a fine-needle aspiration (FNA) in May 2024. Two days prior to the procedure, my insurance information was confirmed, and on the day of the procedure, I was covered by active-duty TRICARE. Despite this, I received a bill for almost $400. Billing dept is non-existent. Billed twice. One for $36, paid that. 2 months later got a $4 bill that was threatening to go to collections. 4 bucks... They sent a bill with an account number and password, but the website needs statement ID. There's no statement ID on the paper. Doesn't work with the account number/password.

No answer phone. On hold for hour. Multiple phone numbers in array. No speak English. I'm too old and sick to put up with the cumbersome crap. Fine, don't get my payment. I tried. Remember, YOU disconnected ME.

I just got my bill in and it states “this account balance has NOT been resolved as of this date and is seriously past due.” This is the first I’ve gotten a bill… also it says “IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS, PLEASE CALL:” and there is no phone number… to pay online it says to use the statement ID… they also left the statement ID blank… this company wants to get paid but gives NO WAY to pay other than sending in a check but again… I have no statement ID… so how am I supposed to pay?!
