Everything on the menu is amazing!
Was in the area and boy was I glad! We lucked out on a great Combo Special which had a Chicken Pot Pie, Side Salad and an incredible slice of pie (your choice on flavor, of course). Everything was excellent! And, I was able to sit, dine and work without any issues thanks to their great WiFi connection! So good, I brought some business partners by the next day, and we enjoyed fellowship, a training, along with a piece of pie. Sat outside on their patio the 2nd day — beautiful day and great pie!
Great food, just a little on the high side (cost) for pies, food, beverage!
The Grand Traverse Pie Company was very hospitable to 40 hungry shoppers whose original restaurant closed just days before. We appreciated the speed, efficiency, and friendliness of the staff. They warmly welcomed us, The boxed sandwiches and chips were excellent and the pie was amazing!!! We will return!
This was our second GT Pie Co. experience. The first was at the Okemos location and we will not return there. Follow up from a complaint began well but went south fast as the manager made excuses and did not follow up when our complaint was left with him. Yesterday the food was good and advertised product was available but rugs were piled on top of the dirty dish/trash bin maybe from sweeping floors the night before? There is nothing to draw us back there. Managers in the stores are definitely not on their game.
Absolutely the best place for our family to get together for good food, coffee & great memories!
Always great service! The coffee maker was broken and they did everything they could to accommodate!
