Great staff.
After my hip replacermet I was referred to the Pavilions for therapy. I finished aquatic and land therapy today and could not be happier. Ann Parker was my therapist and she did an excellent job to ensure that I had all the resources I needed to improve my balance and walking. I highly recommend the Pavilions to others.
My beautiful mom lived here for 8 years. The personal love and care for my mom was amazing!! Mom had 5 children all around the states. I was her hospice voice. I couldn’t have asked for more care and concern from the caregivers and hospice team at the Pavilions. I stayed with mom through her journey home. They couldn’t have been more helpful for me to be there with mom. Mom’s passing was so peaceful! Thank you so much to all of you❤️
Their staff lies and is so unprofessional so sad to see and hear. Social workers and director Dave need some honesty work shops. They like to take the money but not the care to families. Highly recommend not putting family here. And when I called to try and discuss they would go to my elderly mom's room and harass her instead of speaking to me personally. Yes please go after the ones that memories are weak or they are weak. Attack mode much Dave. You need a board of directors to get some of you OUT
