These guys are over the top. Torsion spring on my garage door broke and my neighbor recommended these guys. I called and within 3 hours they came by and did a temporary patch to get my door working. Set an appointment for a week later and they were here when they said they would be an in an hour replaced both springs and were on there way. The service techs on both occasions were really nice guys. Thanks!
I had an issue where my neighbor was able to open and close our garage door also (same frequency) Garage door professional came out and tried to clear the frequency. Since the opener was an older model they were unable to clear the other frequency. They were stand up people and wiped out a $95.00 bill and said anything they could do to help don't hesitate to call. Now that is a company people should appreciate.
