RecommendedI was so happy to find Grand Traverse collision, brake and tire. I needed brakes, rotors and calipers, as well as four new tires. Chris went over everything with me step by step. He Showed me my old brakes and calipers explaining, in layman’s terms, how they work and why mine were failing. I understand the brake pad, but didn’t fully grasp the calipers. Showing me, as well as explaining, really allowed me to understand how these systems work. His work is honest and his prices are fair.
Total disregard for the safety of the community and it’s employees, but tries to intimidated with reminding people they have their 2nd amendment right to “bare” arms. No ones afraid of your guns, just your ignorance.
Stop being a racist POS
Chris and his team in the shop did work for us a few years ago , on our Volkswagen Bug and on our Jeep Commander wh . Both times he went above and beyond for us , even after a door motor replacement in the bug door that was smashed failed, he replaced it with a new one and didn’t charge us extra for the suppliers bad part and labor time they had removing and installing a second one after the first failed a day after we took it home from having the door fixed after the door panel was smashed . Stopped in his shop just over 1 year ago, and have personally seen the quality of work. Very difficult to find a body shop anymore that has the paint truly match and the body repair is truly straight. Many repairs today from shops look good at ten feet but when you really look with a light at the reflection up close, then the games over. The work from Grand Traverse Collision is superb even with close up inspection.
The owner is hostile to easy mask requirement to be safe and keep Michigan cases of Covid-19 down. So sad as so many of those who complain about the masks end up catching the virus. Stay healthy and stay away from this business.
The staff here are incredibly rude and disrespectful. I had my UNDERAGE DAUGHTER with me and the staff were making lewd remarks. When I asked them to stop, and told them she was only 15 yrs old, they laughed at me and started whistling at her. Would NEVER come here again.
I have a 2007 Ion which has needed much work lately with 194,000 miles on it. This place is awesome and has helped me to be able to keep this car running!
