I’ve been here a year now. I’ve had many issues with gnats and roaches however management has called in someone and it made no difference. Also I’ve been unable to lock my front door lately after maintenance came and adjusted my door due to huge gaps which were letting bugs in. I’m never able to get ahold of anyone when I do have an emergency which scares me because I’m disabled. The leasing manager is nice and I believe that she’s doing her best but outside of that it’s becoming concerning.

At the beginning, living in my new rental apartment has been a delightful experience. The south side window has been a standout feature, allowing ample sunlight to grace the space from morning until evening, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout the day.
