I have learned that renting a house is much different than an apartment. Apartments have alot more demands from multiple tenants. With that in mind , it is a simple adjustment as long as you are willing to communicate with management and the persons responsible for requests and maintenance as well as necessary repairs. I appreciate piece of mind most of all.
Horrible place. Horrible management I’ve never seen anything like it. DO NOT RENT HERE. They just try to take as much money from you as they can. Management needs to be trained better. Roaches in the entire place. DO NOT RENT HERE.
THEE do it all guy Vic! Has never let me down when it needs to be addressed. One big reason I am still here. Keeps impressing me with his great attitude and hard work ethic. Pleasure to have him here for us.
Victor always comes through. Always on a great mood. Always takes care of the issues we have in our apartment, always explains the issue and what caused it. If he's not able to fix the issue himself, he promptly sends a professional to fix it and comes back to doublecheck the work to make sure it was done correctly. Nothing but praise for Victor.
