I’ve been trying to get a procedure done for over 6 months now. It took months to get my initial consult and then surgery was scheduled 3 months after that. They then canceled that and moved it back another month. Now I just had that one canceled and moved back yet another month. Something tells me that this newest appointment will also be canceled…

The office staff is extremely nice and supportive of your individuals needs and it's a extremely busy office I have high standards when I am dealing with my medical care. They give me the time to explain what I need and gives you valuable information on your case. I was nervous at first time because I had gotten a not American Dr but I was not at all disappointed in the way that I was treated like. I was worried about if I could understand what he was saying. The appointment department is really bad. Twice on hold for over 7 minutes and they hangup. I wish if I had gone to another DR who could refer me to better place than this. This is not ran right and something is wrong. Ask your Dr to find you different urologist.
