I find all the employees in this practice professional and pleasant. Dr Lisa Wright is my physician and I am very satisfied with how she cares for me. She always has time if that is what is necessary during a visit. She is knowledgeable, caring and takes the time to explain everything to her patients.

If I could give this office a 0 out of 5 I would. This office is incompetent and dishonest! Dr Peggy promised that she would complete a very basic medical form for me required by the state after my visit. Not only did she not complete this before she left for her holiday break but the nurse that worked with her lied about the doctor completing it. This has nothing to do with doctors there. We’ve never been but heard some really good things about one of the doctors. We are new to the area and my boyfriend was seen in the ER on Friday. They recommended finding a primary care physician in addition to the heart clinic doctors. I let her know that he would be self pay and immediately she was like “well, we don’t do self pay patients.” Never gave me the opportunity to respond or to even try to make an appointment for myself. After waiting 1 hr.+10min., Dr. Peggy Bourguillon entered with my lab result from 10/2021, totally Clueless about my Recent(4/22) Bloodwork taken 2 weeks ago! I expressed concern that my Thyroid Panel results were not in My Portal, but I saw the other "Panel" results + commented that my Cholesterol level was lower. Her response: "I'm glad you know".
