The only reason they are getting 1 star is because they have the sick side an well side separated. I took my autistic son in for his appt. I will not take him back there again, I told them please poke his toe not his finger for his iron level because he will freak out and have a meltdown which took an hour to calm him down. They did not listen when it come to explaining his medical conditions, or his meltdowns. I have already requested medical record transfer to somewhere else. Dr. Fam intimidated my son and I dont allow tha... read more

Took my 6 week old daughter here instead of going to the Little River office like I usually do. She had been projectile vomiting for about 2 weeks. Dr Fam told me she had a 24 hr virus and to give her 5 ml of pedialyte and an ounce of formula AN HOUR. Clearly she did not have a virus if this had been going on for 2 weeks. Took her to the Little River office and she has severe reflux and got prescribed a reflux medication that has improved her issues tremendously.

We brought both of our children to Grand Strand Pediatric Care for over two years and had a generally positive experience—until we began asking questions and expressing concerns about certain vaccines. HAPPY TO NEVER RETURN HERE!! For no reasoning nor explanation, Kristin E. Moore denied writing a mask exemption letter for my non-verbal autistic 7yr old son during the pandemic so he could travel internationally to visit his family. He would literally go into hysterics and choking sounds when trying to put a mask on him due to the sensitivity of his severe autism. Fortunately, I have a MD friend that was happy to write the letter which helped tremendously allowing my son to go through airport security and travel on the airp... read more

This place is just there to get your money. High pressure to stick your kids with needles. I tried to delay shots for my son because I didn’t feel 100% comfortable right now doing it. They have been really nice up to this point and then the attitude changed to rude and disgusting. We were told we could not come back because we weren’t ready for his shots. Doctors just mad because it will take away from his bonus. Absolute joke. Sales people that’s all they are.
