Insurance changed. Couldn't pay cash. Went to Dr. that insurance covered. Changed insurance back to what they accept. Dr. Kristen Moore will not accept my child back to the practice. Dr. Kristen Moore was there over 7 years ago when my child was born. Dr. Kristen Moore will still see my oldest because I haven't had to take her to the doctor since the change. I thought Dr. Moore was better than that. Money or hurt feelings??? No reason given by Kathy in billing.

My daughters have been seeing Dr Fam for 8+ years. He is amazing hands down! My daughter was born a micro preemie and has numerous health issues and Dr Fam has also done what's best for her. My daughters and I are very comfortable with him and his work!
