Absolutely ridiculous! We had a last minute problem and could not make our appointment. We called to RESCHEDULE first thing that morning. They said it was no problem. Today we received a bill for $100 for a missed appointment!!!!! We were NEVER informed this would happen!!!! It is ridiculous because you have NO IDEA what may have happened that caused us to have to RESCHEDULE not cancel, not an appt that we just didn’t show up for, we RESCHEDULED!!!
