A First Class experience from my greeting to the speed of my delivery. The staff were amazing and provided top notch customer service! The had the exact Nissan Armada that I wanted! Highly recommend !

Service Department sucks! I have talked to the service manager on multiple occasions and he is rude and not helpful. I have bought 2 brand new vehicles here and over the last 2 years it’s gotten worse and worse. Took my 2020 Armada in for oil change and They dented my door on my Nissan Armada $60k vehicle and never told us. We’re picked it up when it was dark and we didn’t see it until the next morning. NEVER NEVER buy anything from Grand Strand Nissan, they have the worst sales people . They have you come in , wait then tell you the vehicle is sold.

Grand Strand Nissan makes every effort to keep our inventory up to date. Attempts were made to contact the customer to advise that the vehicle had been sold.
Terrible service department. Don't communicate well so the customer ends up paying over double for an agreed upon service! Told me it would take hours to diagnose, updated me in minutes and charged me for the hours! Not what I originally agreed to. Go to ANY other shop and avoid Grand Strand Nissan!
This review is regarding John, the service manager at Grand Strand Nissan. John has gone over and above to rectify a situation with the repair to my 2017 Nissan Altima. His true objective is that every customer should leave his service shop a happy and satisfied customer. Thank you John!
Wanted to buy a new Frontier . I showed them a price from Carvana for my trade, They said go get the Carvana $$ and they would deal. I told them to forget it because if they couldn't do the same I would Just do Carvana and go buy a Tacoma
car dealer We went car shopping one afternoon and it was a welcoming surprise to be greeted the way we were at Strand Nissan. These folks are super nice and allow you to look and ask questions with ease. No pressure.
Want to give a big shout out to our Salesman Matt! ! Went above and beyond to assist it…also the hard work from the finance managers…..Vito and Stan!! Becoming a completely Nissan family. Four and counting.

Will take your deposit and not order your car for months on end. Then 10 months later they try to pawn a car off on you that is nothing like the one you special ordered. Unprofessional and untrustworthy!
