Every single person from the emergency room through my hospital stay which altogether was three days was phenomenally professional and polite.
This William’s partner, Sharon. We came to the ED because William has been experiencing severe depression, paranoia, delusional and had ideations of suicide. We were stationed in a hallway that was heavily trafficked while Samuel did the intake. William mentioned the loud noises and Samuel said, it drives you crazy doesn’t it? I had fallen on vacation and my trip to the ER was quick and they treated me great. I received care in a timely manner which included x- rays. They made sure I was comfortable. I was fortunate in that I didn’t break anything. I was maybe there for 2 hours which would have never happened in my hometown.
The ER was very busy but they gave excellent care to my husband and quickly ordered labs and tests to find out what was the source of his complaint. Staff were knowledgeable - nursing and doctors. And so relieved we went to your ER, the neurologist was able to diagnose his problem and get it treated in the hospital after admission. Thank you to the ER staff for everything you did!
