I went to ED with terrible stomach pain. I had already been to doctors the few days prior but it felt like it was getting worse. A resident under the direction of Dr Short performed an ultrasound and didn’t find anything. Bloodwork came back normal. I felt brushed off. They gave me pain meds and told me liquids for 48hrs. I went to the Carolina forest ER and it was fantastic. All the doctors and nurses were amazing and very helpful. When I was transferred onto the floor, it was a complete opposite experience

When I first got into the emergency room it was great the nurses was very helpful but after shift change I may be in 4 hours I seen maybe one nurse the machine went off of 45 minutes no one bothered coming in to check it I rang the call light no one came I had to get up and move with three broken ribs and a lot of pain just to find someone the beds were very comfortable
