At main hospital, bed placement not my favorite. I realize sleep not realistic in ER setting; but just hard to relax because of the busy doorway. That said, I know can't pick and choose the bed assignment, and staff operates for efficiency. Everything, staff, etc were great. Jesse and Jason were my nurses and Dr Abraham was my ER physician at Grand Strand. South Strand great too.

Our visit to the grand strand ER and hospital was wonderful. Within minutes my wife was in a wheelchair and headed to a room. Tests were conducted in about 30 minutes that concluded she was OK. Needed an over night stay for observation. They brought me a cot to sleep in and offered food and drink for both of us. Thank you Grand Strand ER and hospital. Tom and Marie Tessman

Everyone was nice - from nurses to doctors, however one does not go to the ER simply for a meet and greet. One goes there for results to a problem. I was told they saw "nothing wrong with me except for some stomach inflammation" "bland diet and you will be better in a couple days". It's now one week later. I am in more pain with the problem not getting better instead getting worse. Now I have to start again at another medical facility. Not happy!

My experience in the emergency room was absolutely five star! I believe I received exceptional and compassionate care. Thank you so much to all the staff ,nurses and doctors. You made a very scary situation much better.
