Although things were running behind, mainly because you bring in 12-15 patients for one RN to test in one room, and the hours included some difficulties with a few patients, healthwise, all staff were friendly and wonderful. But it seems ridiculous that we are subjected to waiting for almost 4 hours in a freezing cold room, and we haven't eaten in many hours.
