Dan Rahr was absolutely amazing though the whole process. After contacting him within a week we found our home and within a month were in it. He was on top of everything from the beginning to end and was completely helpful from start to finish. I would and will recommend Dan to everyone!!!
Jason Potter was wonderful to work with in purchasing our condo from out-of-state. He was extremely knowledgeable about the market and accommodating, as we needed to tour properties via zoom! We purchased a home during the coronavirus pandemic from out of state and Jason guided us through the process. Though we did not meet him in person, our conversations and emails gave us enough confidence and trust, that we proceeded buying the home without seeing it in person. It speaks to his warmth and professionalism that he could create such a rapport without the benefit of a face to face meeting. He knows the area, he knows his business, and I would highly recommend him.
We are now living a part of our dream thanks to Jason. We now have an oceanfront condo in Myrtle Beach of which we are an owner occupant. Jason was so helpful in guiding us through the process at Myrtle Beach. We are new to the condo experience and truly loving it. We wonder around our new home making it ours and when we get tired and need a vacation, we just go out on our balcony and look out at the ocean and beach, listen to the waves and suddenly we are on vacation.
