Took advantage of the Kids Bowl Free deal for my kids. They enjoyed the 2 bowling games. Staff at front desk could use a little more training in Customer Service skills. I asked one young woman a question and got a blank stare then she just walked away. She came back after a few minutes with an answer but she seemed unsure about how to properly communicate with a customer.
Had a great time! A wonderful place for family they have a lot of things you can do as a family!!!
I took my children and boyfriend yesterday for the family special. The price was a little high than expected, however, every employee that we encountered were friendly and helpful. I really appreciated that. I think their food and drink prices are high and wish they would reconsider that. But we all had a great time.
My granddaughters and I had an amazing time bowling and getting out of the heat. Perfect place for family entertainment.
