We were there 3/12/18...We walked up paid for the service we needed and played instantly .never any problems. My SON has had parties there and no problems anytime...we will return...�

Very poor treatment of paying, repeat customers. I took my girlfriends entire family to your College Station location yesterday to go bowling and just in general have a fun family afternoon. My girlfriend went to pay for 2 hours of bowling on 2 lanes and 11 pairs of shoe rental, totaling $51.96 with tax. After she had paid, the young lady who rang her up advised her that we would have to be off the lanes by 12:40 as they had a private party booked. We paid at 11:01 per the receipt I am looking at. Was told at the front desk our wait time would be 20 minutes. We made it clear that just a week earlier we were put on a waiting list, told 20 minutes and never recieved our text to tell us a lane was available. A man assured us that we were on a list and would get a text. After about 35-40 minutes we checked on how much longer the wait time would be and guess what they did not have us on a list for the second time.
