I pulled into the lane that had the "Exterior Menu" above it. I was approached by an older gentleman that exclaims "exterior only there boss?" to which I responded "no sir, I'll take the grand slam" his response; "not in this line you won't". That did not sit well due to the fact that there is no indication that that lane is for exterior only as there are menu signs above each lane...each with some sort of catchy baseball name... Went today, 3/13/18 - Probably the worst car wash I've ever had. I got the Home Run Package... car is still dirty. I went to put back in my carseats and there were cheerios and a plastic baggie on the floor still, a spill on each side of the driver and passenger seat, trash in the cup holder, leaves and dirt between passenger and drive seat doors, dirt on the center console. I was here 3/10/18. I didn't look at my car before I left (or tipped them) and I sure wish I had. They didn't touch the trunk and did a horrible job with the vacuum. I can see the lines of dust where they wiped around and my carpet is still a mess. It was my first and last trip to this car wash. Never again.
Went in for exterior only. Paid the extra for wheel and tire cleaning an confirmed that meant actually cleaning the wheels. “Oh yes sir” I’m there with my 2 year old I shouldn’t have to check your work. Needless to say wheels were left uncleaned. I sent pics and receipt in email expecting a response or call. Nothing. Terrible customer service
Went after work to get my car inspected......yes!!!i was welcomed, invited to wait inside, and thanked several times by employees when I left. Wonderful!!
