Pretty sloppy interior job. Half-ass job on wiping it down with the protectant, missed a lot of it. Best thing was the free air freshener!

RecommendedI just had my car washed and detailed after over a month of dirt roads and rain. We sat outside and waited, with my car in view and Jose Concha was GETTIN IT! He dried it, detailed the inside, then pulled it BACK to the vacuums to vacuum again.(no request, he clearly takes pride in his work) He pulled it up to us, and then rewiped the outside after seeing spots in the sun. Stop trying to upsell everyone and just do what they ask.
The customer service is horrible even the employees say the girl who works the counter is very rude. I gave this place one more chance since my last experience. I drive from Seabrook to here 2 times a month. I will drive further and pay more for better customer service. Do NOT ever go here again remember social media is a big thing. Next time y’all won’t be so rude. And do t tell me I have food u set my seats and my seats are really dirty and they toy found a crumb.
