Amazing experience, Rachel and Jah were so excellent to us and took great care of everything we needed. They were knowledgeable and related to everything we were passionate about. When we returned later, Jah went above and beyond and sized my father’s Grand Seiko that he didn’t even purchase there. We truly appreciate everyone doing things they didn’t even have to to make us feel special.
I just want to say Mr. James help me through my process finding me a valuable pair of earrings. Also, his communication was a one out of ten. Finally, I give this company five stars for their leadership skills.
I recieved hands down the best customer service of my life from Jah. He went above and beyond his duties to help me surprise my fiance with his watch. He even went so far as to take the watch to another store and have it engraved so that it would be ready when I arrived in ATL. I cannot sing his praises enough.
