We got to the hotel and waited outside for 15 minutes for the staff to let us in! Then it took an additional 20 minutes to finally get into a room . After being sent to the room 3 times and the key card not working it was extremely annoying. When we finally got into a room it was DIRTY, bed unmade towels on the ground. Disgusting! Got stuck in Binghamton overnight. Quaint, clean, friendly staff and close to bars and restaurants.
Exceeded the best customer service I have ever encountered. The food is exceptional and the 30+ they fed at my son's wedding rehearsal dinner had said the same thing to me. I was supported by hotel manager Gary to pull off the most fantastic celebration. Sorry competitors, I have no reason to go anywhere but here.
