The staff is always friendly and helpful. They are great with kids, and the convenience of having everything, Dr., Dentist, Optometrist, X-Rays, labs and the pharmacy all under one roof makes life so much easier.
their beyond Indian time, misdiagnosed my stroke until I actually suffered having it, absolutely no one is capable of foot care, they just sanded a blister on my big toe and never knew what was causing it was a ulcer for diabetic awareness they should've caught that and they just don't know, that could cost me the loss of my big toe the girls in the pharmacy take their sweet time/ all day I left my prescriptions to get refilled they said 15-20 minutes? WAS a potential new patient but I can even get through to anyone that’s not an automated system after ringing a billion times. I’ve called 4 separate times in the last 24hrs and not once have I been able to actually speak to someone that’s not a machine! Definitely does not make me feel like I could depend on them when I need help if it’s this hard just to pick up the phone! Definitely left a bad first and now last impression. I’ll seek care else where.
