Gillian deserves more than 5*. She even came in on Fridays to accommodate my schedule. Great physiotherapist and wonderful person too. Thank you for all that you’ve done for me.
My husband and I have only great things to say about the physio therapy treatments we receive at GRSM. Kristy and Kaleena are awesome, as is their RMT Alanna. We've been going for over four years now and we are grateful for the great care as the care given to us allows proper healing where physio is required.
As a new patient, I worked initially with Dr. Trevor Hall and then the GRSM Kitchener office with the Active Release Therapy (ACT). Both offices very professional, reception(s) are very customer focused and I had amazing results with the ART program.

I am being treated for a pinched nerve in my back. Alex Mineo is a very knowledgeable physiotherapist and the treatment seems to be working well. Great service and effective treatment.

Great staff, great atmosphere and only accolades for their staff. Katherine is fantastic, also had massage there and that was very good too. Thank you for helping so many folks, I just wish "everyone" had the opportunity as many do not have benefits or the money needed to receive such care.
My physiotherapist is wonderful. Saw immediate improvements after my first treatment. Have used GRSM in the past and highly recommend them. Found all staff to be friendly and helpful.
