The nurses in the er are absolutely amazing
Slow service, as usual, but the staff were really lovely and compassionate. The doctors and nurses took my concerns seriously and offered reasonable and practical solutions and I felt well cared for and respected.
The staff here are incredible, given the circumstances, but this hospital needs a face lift and some serious government investment (staff and infrastructure). PROS: The waiting room was quiet, the staff were so pleasant to deal with (including the doctor), and things were pretty efficient overall despite the long wait. CONS: didn't feel very safe there alone with my toddler, they triage all the patients into the same area it's not separated by units and the building is seriously worn down. It's the worse hospital I saw in my life. We are in emergency for 3 hours and we just registered thats it , we didn't see any doctor any nurse or anybody in here.
