Least attentive staff I’ve ever encountered . Tried calling on at least eight different occasions. Wanted to lease a property here but couldn’t get anyone in the office to answer a few basic questions. Consistently got a call center that didn’t know anything about the property. The worst service experience I’ve had in years.
Ownership changed multiple times while living here. With policy changes. The amenities you pay for have not been available for MONTHS due to construction. Been given a few dates as far as completion time, but they have since passed with nothing being completed yet. Now I'm essentially being forced out of my apartment so they can up the rent. This company shows in multiple.levels that the most important thing is charging as much money as possible.

We've been here about a month now. Loving it so far! The ladies in the office are amazing! It's on the small side for a 2 bedroom but the lay out is done so well it definitely works out nicely!
