We had a first appointment today at Grandridge eye clinic Pasco location. The front desk girls were very kind and professional. The office was very warm and comfortable. Dr. Winkel was a thorough optometrist and had great chair side manners. She was very explanatory and educated us on the results. There's a great sense of family when you visit the office. We moved to Tri cites a Year ago. And found GR on the internet. Today my fiance and I took our 5 year old little boy in to get his eyes exam. He saw Dr. Melissa Headman.This was the first time to the eye Dr. And it was a very pleasant visit for our family. The staff was Awesome!!!! I have been a patient of Dr. Piatts for some years now, she does an excellent job, as all the staff do also. If anyone looking for a new eye Dr. I highly recommend Grandridge Eye Clinic.
AWESOME experience there today and I would recommend anyone who needs to have their eyes checked to give them a try.....you wont be disappointed!!!!!!!!
The staff is super friendly! I took my daughter who is 6 months in to see Dr Piatt, with a scratched eye. The Dr was so good with her. Highly recommend!
