You can spend $600 on a pair of prescription glasses that fall apart in your hands, through no fault of your own, the first week you have them and it’s not their problem. They’ll happily take your $600 and if the glasses are defective they’ll provide you with a few hoaky in office repairs. If their fix doesn’t work then according to “Tracy” that’s just too bad because GEC won’t get a “credit” from the manufacturer. Dr. Kendal Piatt is one of the best! She was wonderful with my disabled son, during his exam. She is my eye doctor as well. All of the staff are very welcoming. The whole process from check in time to check out when finished is flawless! Great selection of eyewear there!
