I really like it here and I have never been at a place with better maintenance. Aaron is always responsive and nice to me and my family. He always takes care of our needs
I’ve lived here 2 months now. Heather, the manager, has been so helpful. Aaron, maintenance, goes above and beyond and is always smiling and helpful. I feel safe here. It’s very accommodating to pet owners, too. My pup loves the fenced dog area. Poop stations with bags conveniently located all around the complex. I highly recommend Grand Ridge apartments.
We're so happy that we moved here from Nevada. Heather, the office manager, has gone out of her way to make us feel at home. Aaron, (maintenance supervisor) has taken care of everything we needed in a fast and friendly manner. Such a different experience between between Nevada and Iowa. Thank you for making us feel welcome!
