Allegedly: I’m being evicted because I’m disabled and they cannot afford my accomodations. Due to their neglect I am now sicker. Grand Resort Apartment staff impersonate the landlord in order to intimidate tenants into signing their 30 day notice. DO NOT contact Merced PD or Merced Code Enforcement, they are actively helping landlords like them. Call fire department for apt issues.
Be sure to sign a 12 month lease! They offer prorated rent and a 30 notice still holding u liable 😉 A heads up! MAINTENANCE can only come during the work week until 4pm AND mandatory u have to be there otherwise the poor things get lost and forget what u wanted fixed and how to fix things (theyve been here for yrs)
We have lived here for about 9 years and recently just moved into our new house. oh gosh we had so much memories in this place. We got married here, our kid grew up here, my wife’s parents passed away. We were feeding a strayed cat for years and we are still missing her. We love most of our neighbors. Wow, 9 years seem so long and yet just a few fading picture left in my head.
