Manika made it really tempting to apply. Ultimately I did not due to the fact that they are not having move-in specials when nearly every other place in Austin in is, and that is not her fault. Manika made me feel so welcomed and answered all of my questions. She is patient and kind and MAA Sunset Valley is so lucky to have her. Edit- I did apply yesterday because of my locator’s rec and called Manika and of course, she was so nice. Manika Patel was amazing! She gave a great tour, answered all my questions, and made the process easy and stress-free. Super professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend asking for her!
The complex itself was so beautiful- clean and modern and had great vibes. Manika was great!!! she really know her stuff, she made the whole tour feel relaxed and fun.
