RecommendedI recently moved here like 2 months ago as I started a new job in the city. Apartments are really amazing. Office and maintenance staff and really understanding and helpful. They are quick in responses too. I like the parks and kids area in the community. They also have volleyball court. Apartment price are really reasonable. Target and restaurants are at walking distance less than 0.5 miles. Great location if you work at Collins Aerospace.
Great management, great society and fast services
I love working with the Grand Reserve office and maintenance team. They are organized and easy to work with. I set up corporates and furnished apartments and refer people to live here all the time. Great apartments and clean. Maintenance is on top of things. Love this property!
