Just recently moved here and Christina was very helpful through the whole process. It’s nice to have a property manager who is very responsive and always greets you with a warm smile.

My car was towed for having a flat tire and was dirty. Ill say the tags were not up to date and they gave me one week to fix it. I was told i can park my car in my spot since the city would tow my car(they have not for months) anyway, she towed my car in my parking spot. Mind you, there are other cars here not up to date on tags and one is completely totaled and they have been there since beflre my car was towed. I would encourage everyone to think twice before renting at Grand Regency. The property is managed by Remm Group. The property management at Mesa Vista (also a REMM property), Jasmine and Alondra Ruiz, engage in inappropriate conduct with service vendors and are always out of office (leaving the property for 2-3 hours during the day with their vendor/contractor boyfriends). I was told by a former manager (Lorraine Seward), that REMM does not hire professional managers for their properties because REMM is too cheap to pay for... read more
