No show my husband called and scheduled a appointment to get a estimate on our roof to get it vented. And was given a date and a time and they never showed up or called!
We are very happy with the customer service and the new roof from this company. We got a quote right away and any questions we had later were answered promptly. The crew was fantastic and quick and did a great job! We would definitely recommend Grand Rapids Roofers!
If you want a company that is personable, responsive, and does the work right at a very fair rate then GR Roofers and Home Improvement is who you want to go with. Shane the owner was honest and there for me if I had questions or concerns. Rain caused some major issues with the project and it was more extensive then first thought, but Crew leader Pedro followed through on doing the project right! Great team!
From the pictures I've seen, it looks like Stevie Wonder built that deck. Screwing over a good friend of mine with that kind of ratty work is just pathetic.
