Unfriendly and cold environment. They hate questions and hate patients who ask them even more. They admit that their policy is to not answer the phone or return phone calls. Making them basically useless unless you drive to them. When I asked for a copy of my statement because their app does not provide them. He did a procedure on my back about a year ago and did excellent! Was in yesterday just for followup and was impressed again!
Outstanding care! Dr. Javery and his entire team are wonderfully caring and professional. They each great you with a smile and make you feel like you are their only patient. They take the time to explain each procedure and answer any questions you may and be sure you are comfortable before and after the procedure. Great model of patient care!
