Very kind and professional
I am somewhat new to the area and I did not want to get my car serviced at a car dealership. I received a discount card in the mail from Grand Rapids Motorcar and decided to try them out after seeing very good reviews on Yelp. I’m so glad I did! Starting with Lisa, who was so friendly and so kind to shuttle me to and from my home. Tyler was extremely helpful and very friendly also! I feel like I have found a place that will be extremely satisfactory for my car needs. Thank you!

I trust their work and so far they have saved me from unnecessary repairs by informing me and showing me through live video images of my vehicle condition. ( seeping, leaking, worn parts and expected life cycle time lines of parts and mechanics that's on my vehicle)
