The people at Grand Rapids Motor Car are very friendly and great to deal with. They will let you know what specific things need immediate attention and things that you should address at some particular point. I’ve always been very satisfied with their work and would highly recommend them!
Great service and interaction, service on my car was quick and satisfactory. 1 star is regarding price - $1,160 is apparently outrageous for front and rear rotors and pads on my vehicle. As many do, I just paid the quoted price without getting a second opinion. At most, even at dealer prices, this service should have been $700-$900. Next time I’ll stick to the dealer. At least ask ChatGPT a reasonable cost for the service you need before agreeing to anything at this place.
Have been kept well informed about the situation, but I have not been to see the car as it is still being serviced.
