You can improve by sending out your orders, and answering your phone, your email, and texts regarding order status. If there is an issue with fulfilling orders, it would be nice as a customer to receive a message, or an answer. Placed my order on 12/7/18, and sill have no product, no email that product was shipped, no reply to 2 emails, and 2 phone messages. Are you still in business, or not? I would appreciate an answer, or a refund of my money if you have no plans to ship my order #210279. Thanks
