RecommendedI started around four months ago as an entry level operator and have been fortunate to move to a set up tech/ material handler position. With hard work and dedication you can excel at this company.
Things were going good until they cornered me after using the bathroom complaining about being gone to bathroom for 10mins and accusing me of not running test parts and not doing a investigation to see if it actually happened, supervisor sits at desk entire day, doesnt like to help anyone, doesnt give any updates on ur status, improper training procedures, assign overtime day of without advance notice at all. Quality procedures and reaction plans not very good. Poor place to work at. Place is a Joke!

The Best place I have ever worked at. GRC has a lot of opportunity for motivated people that want to work hard!!
This place sucks ass. They fired my daughter, the day after she went to them about being Harassed by another employee. We will be talking to a lawyer about it
