Excellent Company to work for. I would recommend to anyone.
The company provides bonus opportunities. They have helped staff that have had financial struggles. They have worked with staff to adjust hours if you are having difficulties with health issues. I personally have had them help when My mom was diagnosed with cancer they worked with me to be with her as much as possible.
They don't give a shit about you! They work you 40+ hours a week because they are so understaffed. They lie to you about different opportunities. They don't have anyone's backs! There is horrible communication! They ask if you have enough chemicals or cleaning supplies and then you say no, you may get it within a week or two but even then your lucky. Being a part of the GRBS family is so much fun & hard work definitely pays off- promotions, bonuses & team potlucks are all pretty common.
