I would like to give this Company negative stars. Cinco Ranch Plumbing was suppose to fix outside pipe leaks after the February freeze. The work was sloppy. They replaced copper with Pex and did not fix all the leaks. I was charged $2300 for 3.5 hours work. They refused to itemize the bill between parts and labor. The next morning I found the pipes still leaking in the area they worked on. I have pictures showing it's the same area but they would do nothing.
