very responsive, honest
Norman was very polite and answered my questions accurately. He treated me with great respect, and was very honest with his answers regarding the vehicle I was interested in.
Very good people to deal with. I just purchased my Lincoln from them. Communication was excellent. Answered all my questions immediately. I had the car delivered to the Metro Detroit area. & it’s beautiful. Norman arranged the shipping & all I had to do was pick the car up a Mille or 2 from my house. Great company to deal with.
