The worst service department.. They will rip you off... Took my car in for transmission issues they told me it was my steering pump and hoses, I needed rear brakes, windshield wipers, and a new tire. Thankfully i have a mechanic in the family, who had just had surgery so he couldn't work on my car, and said that doesn't make sense. They wanted $1700 for the work. Took my car to a different Chevy dealer and they said there is absolutely nothing wrong with my car.

My car broke down last Friday in Nanuet. Through the week my boyfriend and I have been working with the Chevey dealership to get my car fixed. As nice as they were to fix my car under GM customer satisfaction. The service manager of grand prize Chevy in Nanuet told us we could pick up my car by 7:30 (closes at 8pm) to then get to the dealership at 7 and find out the whole dealership was closed before 6:20. Took half a day off work. Drove 1.25 hours to keep a CONFIRMED appointment to see/buy a vehicle. That, after 20ish minutes of looking, ISN'T EVEN HERE. Manager gives lame apology, saying it sold earlier this week (did I mention that we CONFIRMED that the vehicle was available prior to our appointment?!?) which was nothing less than a slap in the face.
