My husband and I lived here for a short amount of time. Only moved because our jobs moved us. During our time here we loved it. And the staff was very friendly and helpful. The apartments were well kept and clean.

These people threatened to press charges because my kids wrote on the sidewalk with sidewalk chalk. Then they said they filed a police report because my kids moved some rocks. Keep in mind my kids are all under the age of 10. They were just playing and because of that we are being evicted. This place is not a kid friendly neighborhood.
We moved here Aug 1 2016 . So far we love it so much. Peaceful and beautiful views. Definitely made the right choice.
Nice management. Safe neighborhood. Great pool. Staff helpful. Beautiful landscaping. Clean. Applicants screened. If your looking for an apartment home check this one out.
We just moved to the Grand Point Bay Apartments at the end of October 2015... Have been loving the view, the location as far as the rest of town, and of course the apartment itself!! It's been very quiet, relaxing, and just an overall great experience. :)
Ideal place to live! Great landscape, wonderful views, fishing dock, boathouse and only 10minutes to business area!
