This is our second year staying at this resort, we book through Airbnb each year with no issues. This year there was a strong gas smell the entire week. It was to the point the fire department showed up to check it out. Several guests complained of headaches, at points it was unbearable. The issue was never resolved, and as soon as you walked through the gate to the pool the smell wafted in your face. Obviously depends on what room you book, ours was a little smaller than we are used to but that was our fault! You can't beat being right on the beach and being able to sit on the balcony and listen to the ocean. And love that it's dog friendly!

We stayed here for a week for a family vacation. Pros - spacious for families, big balcony with lots of furniture, beautiful view of the beach, TVs in each bedroom (no TV in cot area), two spacious bathrooms, fridge, stove and dishwasher all worked great, walking distance to shops, comfy beds, very clean upon arrival Cons - No ice unless you pay or bring ice trays, very little cooking supplies, no coffee (even hotels have little packets), the washer was hard to work (I think it's a button issue), one elevator was out the ent... read more
