None of the security at gates work at the same time . They are constantly broke. My guest can’t get in. I have snails that clog up my irrigation system and I’ve complained about for 11 years and nothing has ever done. I do call every year because it’s entertaining to see who they push me off on so they a do nothing. But most importantly, office staff never, and I mean never ever return calls. Staff turnover is ungodly. We all pay extremely high fees for this kind service.
Not sure why all the negativity but Grand Palm is a beautiful subdivision with ponds, woods and a beautiful lake in the subdivision. I go to the pool often and it’s never been closed. I think it’s one of the nicest subdivisions in the Venice area.
Pool was closed Thursday when I came to see properties. Why ? Sign said Sarasota health department.
OTHER FOLKS MAY BE NICER AND QUIETER BUT IM NOT!!!! THINK BEFORE BUYING A HOME HERE.. THEY BEEN PULLING THE SAME THINGS FOR 8 YEARS. POOL IS NEVER ON THEY NEVER TURN IT ON….. they NEVER have it on! They will LIE and say it’s “broken” every other day.. it’ll be on the day before and then the next they won’t turn it on lmao….
