When we first moved here it was outstanding the apartment manager Carrie was awesome although the apartments are not worth the amount they charge. We have lived here for over a year with no complaints on us and rent paid on time everything. A new apartment manager took over and she is AWFUL. None of the tenants like her but my main problem is we went on vacation and while out of town the manager went into my apartment without reason and informing me after the fact she smelled my cats litter box which I imagine you would afte... read more
Ok. As far as the apartment itself, it is very nice, nicer than any I have seen. But the problem lies within the management. Things don't get done. I think they simply do not care. It takes weeks even months to get things fixed. I pay 1,200 a month for the 3 bedroom and for the price it's not worth it, I have had a broken sink for 4 days now and I have reached out several different ways to alert management of the situation with no response. Nice apartment but do not expect your deposit back. To many speeders on Endville Road.
Nice complex but rental cost exceed benefits. And way to many speeders on Endville Raod.
what a great place to live,,quite set apart from the busy traffic of the city,gated entry, fenced community,granite counter tops,washer/dryer furnished in every unit,even has crown moulding thurout every room, the gym and the club house is unreal, this is the BEST apt.-townhome in the state,,
