Okay, first of all, the rooms are gorgeous and ours was very clean. They only give you three towels, even though we had four in our room (us and two kids). The breakfast lady was kinda mean and bossy. Also, I was told when we booked this hotel that they had meat at their breakfast, what they failed to say is that it's only at your building (there are two buildings that make up this hotel) every other day.
